Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This may be longer during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays. We DO NOT guarantee our delivery time, it is just an estimate - our shipping estimate is from the time the item ships, not from when the order is placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders of $100 or more receive free shipping with the U.S. & Canada.

Transit time for the U.S. is typically 1-4 business days from the time of departure from our warehouse.

Transit time to Canada is typically 4-9 business days from the time of departure from our warehouse.

All products are sent from the US, and Simply advises to check your country's customs and import fees before placing an order. Simply is not responsible for paying them. For international customers attempting to use re-shippers to get our products, you'll need to do your own research prior to ordering to see what products can/might be stopped at customs. Simply will not be held liable if an order is seized.
